The Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine and the Education Ombudsman have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at protecting the rights of teachers and students, improving their working and learning conditions, and developing social dialogue. The document was signed by Georgiy Trukhanov, President of the Trade Union, and Nadiya Leshchyk, Education Ombudsman.

Education International will continue to contribute to international pressure on Russia to cease fire, cease shelling of educational, medical, critical and civilian infrastructure, including educational institutions, and withdraw military forces and equipment from all internationally recognized territory of Ukraine.
